Mary Beth Lepkowsky, M.Ed.
Pathways Facilitation Services represents more than twenty five years of organizational development experience. Mary Beth is a facilitator, trainer, and certified professional coach and has supervised many teams and managed numerous programs and initiatives. Her ‘street credit’ comes from having held leadership positions in education, health and human services agencies where she developed leaders and guided organizations to accomplish their goals. She has facilitated more than 1,000 meetings, seminars, trainings, team building retreats and strategic planning sessions for non-profit and public sector organizations, families and business owners.
Visual facilitation tools and empowering processes are used to engage people to think creatively about their preferred future and implement an action plan to pursue it. She provides training and coaching support during times of change to help people navigate challenges and celebrate successes. She is passionate about delivering high quality, person centered services to those who create positive change in support of families and communities.
Mary Beth has a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Life and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration. She is authorized to administer MBTI and FIRO-B and is a Person Centered Thinking Trainer, certified by the international Learning Community for Person Centered Practices. She is a Certified Professional Coach, a faculty member for SPOKES Resources for Nonprofits, and an active contributor to the Alliance for Nonprofit Management. Mary Beth enjoys living in the Santa Ynez Valley in California with her husband and two sons.

Mary Beth is pleased to be a collaborative partner of Helen Sanderson Associates (HSA), where she is co-developer of Person Centered Teams and the USA Lead for Positive and Productive Meetings. HSA is a development, training and consultancy team that works with people to change their lives, organizations and communities through person centered thinking and planning, with teams in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and America.
