Pathways Facilitation Services represents more than thirty years of organizational development experience. Mary Beth is a facilitator, trainer, author, and certified professional coach. She has supervised numerous teams and managed multiple programs and initiatives for education, health and human services agencies. She has facilitated more than 1,000 meetings, seminars, trainings, team building retreats and strategic planning sessions for non-profit and public sector organizations, families and business owners.

Mary Beth engages people to think creatively about their preferred future and implement an action plan to pursue it. She is passionate about delivering high quality, person centered services to those who create positive change in support of families and communities.

Co-author, with Helen Sanderson, of “Person Centred Teams: A Practical Guide to Delivering Personalisation Through Effective Teamwork”, Mary Beth has a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Life and a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration. She is authorized to administer a number of leadership assessments, is a Franklin Covey 7 Habits Facilitator and a Person Centered Thinking Trainer, certified by the international Learning Community for Person Centered Practices. Mary Beth enjoys living in the Santa Ynez Valley in California where she and her husband have raised two sons.
